AdminSafe Component and Plug-in for Joomla CMS are currently under development. Estimated release date is October 1st, 2010.

AdminSafe adds a protection layer to the Back-End of Joomla 1.5/1.6 Framework. Once enabled user will have to specify a secret keyword to access the Back-End, if the secret is not correct user will be redirected to different page, specified by Site Administrator.

There is a variety of redirection options:

1. Home Page
2. Selected Article
3. Internal URL
4. External URL

The component has a variety of notification options and security rules, IP Blocking, as well as tracking of Back-End access.

AdminSafe requires PHP 5 and MySQL 4+
